1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Leticia.travel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Leticia.travel. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with all tour details.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be received 7 days before tour departure
• All prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is non-refundable once processed

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 15-30 days before: 50% refund of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before: No refund
• No-show: Full payment forfeited

4. Rescheduling

Tours can be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 30 days in advance. Rescheduling requests within 30 days may incur a 15% rescheduling fee.

5. Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must:

• Be in good physical health
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Have appropriate travel insurance
• Be up-to-date with recommended vaccinations
• Follow all safety instructions from guides

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Amazon tours involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the tour, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, weather conditions, and physical exertion. Leticia.travel is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from participation in tours.

7. Guide Discretion

Tour guides have the authority to modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all guide instructions
• Respect local communities and wildlife
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Maintain respectful behavior toward other participants
• Not consume excessive alcohol during tours

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Leticia.travel, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Leticia.travel or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Leticia.travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Leticia, Amazonas.
